From Naples to Your Doorstep
'DeltaHaven started with a humble dream: to introduce true Neapolitan pizza to London. Established by the Rossi family in 1985, our pizzeria was originally a quaint, family-run operation with recipes that have been in the family for generations.
'Marco Rossi', our progenitor, mastered the craft of pizza-making while exploring Italy, receiving training from esteemed pizza chefs in Naples—the cradle of pizza. On returning to the UK, the aspiration was to replicate the essence of authentic Italian pizza, embracing age-old techniques and top-tier ingredients.
Once a simple 12-seat eatery, we've evolved into a cherished neighborhood gem. Yet, our dedication to superior craftsmanship and genuine flavors stands firm. We maintain traditional wood-fired ovens, prepare our dough from scratch each day, and select only the finest ingredients available.
Maintaining family roots, 'DeltaHaven' is still headed by the Rossi lineage, with the second generation now steering our enthusiastic team. While we've welcomed modern touches, the core of our operation endures: serving sumptuous, true-to-origin pizza that unites people.
