Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their order within a 10-minute grace period after placing the order. If your order has not been processed, a full refund will be issued. Cancellation requests can be made by contacting us at +44 20 7946 0958 or through our website deltahaven.sbs.
Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:
- The food was not as per the order specifics (wrong pizza topping, size, etc.) or was found to be spoilt upon delivery.
- The complaint is made within 2 hours of order delivery.
- The food must remain uneaten and must be in the same condition that you received it.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain sale items and gift cards are non-refundable. Any promotional or discounted items are also non-refundable.

Exchanges

Shipping Returns
Given the nature of our products, items cannot be returned once delivered. However, if you receive the wrong order or defective products, we will arrange for a replacement or refund as per this policy.
